yes women and Jr sizes are different but not buy much I think in women sizes theres more room for hipsFrom ConcernedCitizen: No, there's nothing wrong with you. The people in Hollywood ...
No, there's nothing wrong with you. The people in Hollywood are the ones with a distorted view of what women should look like. They think anything bigger than a size 2 is "fat" and that's ridiculous. From Simoriah: Well, I couldn't possibly care less about the talentless ...
Well, I couldn't possibly care less about the talentless waste of space that is Jessica Simpson, but I'll admit that when the media was going crazy about her supposedly being "fat", I didn't think she looked even remotely fat. I thought she looked like a normal, healthy person! I can't say whether she looked like a size 4 or a size 8 or any other size, because it's hard to tell what size of pants a person wears just by seeing pictures of them, but she certainly didn't look fat. That's what's wrong with our psychotic society these days, though. That's why so many little girls are becoming anorexic and bulimic and self destructive in so many other ways; because the media makes them feel like if they're not a 6'0", 115 lb., bleach blond bimbo with silicone double-Ds and collagen injected duck lips and orange hued skin, they're not attractive enough to leave their house. It's heinous and disgusting, but what can we do? I suppose it'll always be that way. It's a good thing some of us are smart enough and free thinking enough to not buy into that ridiculous sh!t, though! :)
From Jane: I think she's 5'2" I doubt you have a distorted view ...
I think she's 5'2"I doubt you have a distorted view of yourself. If you're concerned, look at a photo of yourself rather than in the mirror.
Also, designer clothes run large (they do this to make people feel better because they can fit into a smaller size), so her "SIZE 4" might actually be the same as a Charlotte Russe size 8. Also, she's top heavy, so even if her pants were a size 4, she looked larger because of her arms and chest. If you check out the pix of her in the jeans, her butt is pretty flat and her legs are on the slim side.
So don't stress! Besides, I have girlfriends that fit into larger jeans than me but yet they look skinnier... Don't focus so much on the size of the clothes, just how you look in them. :-)
From Dee.: I highly doubt she was a size 4 in those pictures. I'm a 4 ...
I highly doubt she was a size 4 in those pictures. I'm a 4 although Im quite a bit taller than her but I know people around her height and a 4 and she was definitely NOT a 4 in those pictures. I'd say she was more of a 6 or 8. She was probably just saying that. I wouldn't worry about, if anything it's better to think you look fatter than you are rather than to think you're skinnier than you are. From Love K: I think it's awful of her to sit on TV in front of all these ...
I think it's awful of her to sit on TV in front of all these young women and say she's a 4. She says she doesnt want ppl to worry about that** Powered by Yahoo Answers
